Dear T-Bird Supporter,

Our annual Coronado T-Bird Football Golf Tournament will be held May 30, 2009 at The Santa Theresa Country Club.  The format is a shotgun start at 9 a.m. followed by lunch.  The golf tournament is our largest fundraiser and helps provide many goods and services for our football program at CHS.

Your participation is greatly needed and appreciated!  Just complete the attached form and return in along with your payment to CHS Football Booster Club.  Please enclose any artwork for signs/advertising if needed.  The number of teams is limited so please return your information as soon as possible.
